Abstract

|
Infection of the cervix and vagina by entamoeba histolytica is uncommon. In 1964 there were three patinets with this condition at the Ilsin Woment´s Hospital. The first patient, age 47, the second patient 37, and the third patient, 46, were multigravida and multipara, and responded well to specific treatment. In the third case, the cervical tissue showed microscopically hyperplastic squamous epithelium.
